Villa with 6 apartments and 8 rooms near nature park "Rt Kamenjak" 

Accommodation facility, "Villa IST PRE 0020 is situated in Premantura, at the very south of the Istrian peninsula, 12 km southeast of Pula, and on the border with the protected landscape Kamenjak and therefore the path to it is shorter than the rest Premanture.
Villa IST PRE 0020 is a brand new facility which is located on the main roads, but it leads to a gravel road, and thanks to it's no big prometnosti near the house which allows peace and quiet during the day and all night giving you a real vacation you deserve, and yet not away from the town to which there are only 5 mins walk.
The facility is located on an area of 800m ² of which 300m ² garden with large lawn and a terrace with 5 large wooden tables that can be used in the summer kitchen. The summer kitchen has a sink, large work surfaces, gas cooker, grill.
Around the house there is enough room for parking for all guests in the house.
The house has a ground floor and two floors that have been allocated 6 apartments and 8 rooms. The capacity of the entire house with extra beds is 50 beds.

The apartments consist of two double bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and sofa (extra bed), bathroom and a balcony overlooking the countryside and the sea. They are mostly large, about 45m ². The kitchen has a fridge, cooker, use of portable and full cooking equipment, dishes and tableware. Apartments also have satellite TV, DVD, coffee mosquito with an unlimited amount of exchangeable charge, and each room is individually air-conditioned apartment.

The rooms are mostly double, except for 3 with extra bed, air-conditioned, have their own bathroom, balcony with sea view, satellite TV, DVD, small fridge and appliances against mosquitoes. Each room is great, about 20m ².
