OBAVIJEST O PODNOŠENJU PISANIH PRIGOVORA
KORISNIKA USLUGA

Sukladno odedbi čl.6. St.1. Toč.3. Zakona o pružanju usluga u turizmu NN br. 130/17 pisani prigovor potrošača može se podnijeti:
-pisano u poslovnim prostorijama,
-na email info@albatours.hr ili
-poslati poštom na adresu Alba tours d.o.o., Premanturska cesta 14, 52100 Pula.

Na podneseni prigovor korisnika usluge bez odgađanja pisanim putem potvrdit će se primitak prigovora, te u pisanom obliku odgovoriti na prigovor u roku od 15 dana od dana zaprimanja prigovora.

In accordance with Article 6. Paragraph 1. Toč.3. Of the Law on Provision of Services in Thyristia NN no. 130/17 written consumer complaint can be filed:
– written in business premises,
email info@albatours.hr or
– by post on adress: Alba tours d.o.o., Premanturska cesta 14, 52100 Pula.

The complainant’s complaint against the service provider without delay in writing will confirm the receipt of the complaint and in writing to respond to the complaint within 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.
